We provide a wide range of both Team Building and Leadership programs, and where appropriate we encourage both facilitation and group discussion. For all events, we promote the opportunity for networking, camaraderie, communicating and important elements of FUN!
We specialize in the provision of unique action-based learning experiences, customizing your group’s specific objectives, and linking them with activities to create experiences that are based on both learning themes and key leadership principles.
Our programs are designed to be informal activity based events, creating an atmosphere where clients are challenged by a series of team activities. Our clients are asked to both think and perform “out of the box”, and to participate in activities which are unique and diverse. These programs provide an excellent base for bonding, teamwork and communication skills.
The journey to leadership begins with a vision. We believe that every individual has leadership potential. Our programs are specifically designed to empower and encourage each individual to realize their unique leadership capabilities.
1.Vision: Vision is the catalyst of our leadership initiatives. We encourage our participants to have the ability to articulate a target, setting the tone and direction whilst building momentum. Vision drives positive change.
2.Courage: Courage is necessary to aim high. Leadership requires the courage to make and standby difficult choices, and to stay the course. Our leadership initiatives build self-confidence and equip our participants with the assurance to propel the vision forward.
3.Involvement: Involving others transforms “the” vision into “our” vision It is the engagement of all concerned –to enlist their participation, to profit from the insights, and to tie together their creative energies.
4.Organization: Creating an appropriate structure to support and maintain the vision. Our program helps to identify new priorities and establish an environment in which change can flourish.
5.Action: Action transforms vision, courage, involvement, organization and leadership into reality. Tanzania DMC makes your vision become a reality.
