Responsibilities:
- Data analysis, reporting, presentation of results
- Project design, set-up and kickoff
- Provide sales support to account managers
- Oversee project execution / operations
- Ensure that accurate project budgets are created and monitored
- Maintain and grow client relationships by meeting or exceeding client expectations

Qualifications
- Strongly prefer experience with Technology / Telecommunication clients.
- MBA or Equivalent Experience
- Five or more years of experience in marketing research designing and executing projects
- Above average competency in research design and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the field, project teams, research manager and client
- Effective writing skills when communicating research designs or results in proposals, reports and presentations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of projects

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant on-site at one of our hospitality clients. This role supports critical strategic projects by providing leadership to client and project teams.

As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage the wide breadth of research/analysis provided by Tanzania DMC and our extended analytical expertise to address the client’s business issues and provide meaningful insights.

Our ideal candidate fits one of two profiles:

1) has account planning experience in an agency environment. In this role, would have specialized in working with hotel clients.

2) has a combination of client and supplier side experience and is adept at writing proposals, preparing reports, adding insights to reports prepared by more junior personnel and presenting to senior level management.

He/she will need to interact effectively with our clients as well as internal staff: research, analytics, operations, and sales.

Master’s Degree is a plus. Proficient with all MS Office software. Minimal travel required
